EFFECTIVE 28 SEPTEMBER 2026
Privacy Policy.
Curiosity Kills and this website are operated by Jaidyn Molloy, using the studio name Super Studio by Super Gorilla, in the United States. For support, privacy, correction or deletion requests, email vransformation@yahoo.com.
Information used by the game
For online sign-in, the game processes an app-scoped Meta user identifier and a fresh authentication proof to authenticate with Epic Online Services (EOS). EOS links that identity to an EOS product user identifier. These identifiers let you use the game’s online services without creating a separate game account.
To create and join rooms and maintain connections, the game and its providers process room membership, session identifiers, connection information such as IP addresses, and technical results or diagnostic information about service requests.
During multiplayer play, headset and controller positions and rotations, finger inputs and other necessary avatar and gameplay state are sent to the player hosting the room and connected players. Initial rooms support up to six players. Connections may be direct or routed through EOS; direct connections can expose peer IP addresses to networking participants.
The initial test version has no voice chat, purchases, paid room upgrades, advertising or advertising-based tracking. We will update this policy before introducing features that change how information is used.
Website visits and messages
Cloudflare Pages hosts this website. Cloudflare processes technical request information, including IP addresses, browser/request metadata and security information, to deliver and protect its service. We have not added visitor analytics, advertising pixels, account registration, contact forms, newsletters or optional tracking cookies. Hosting and security services may still use information or technologies necessary to operate the site.
If you email us, we receive your email address and the information you include. Yahoo processes that correspondence as the email provider. We use messages to respond to support, privacy, deletion and security reports. Please do not send passwords, authentication proofs, access tokens, payment details or identity documents.
Purposes and recipients
Information is used to authenticate players, check app access, connect multiplayer rooms, synchronize gameplay, diagnose faults, address requests and protect the service from misuse.
Meta provides Quest platform identity and access services. Epic provides EOS authentication and multiplayer services. Cloudflare provides website delivery and security. Yahoo provides the studio’s email service. Each receives information needed for its role. Other players receive the gameplay information needed for the room, not your authentication proof or support correspondence.
Providers operate internationally. Information may be processed outside your home country, including in the United States. Their processing locations and practices are described in the provider information linked below; this policy does not promise US-only storage or processing.
How long information is kept
The game uses live pose and room state for the active session; it does not create a studio-operated archive of movement histories. Online identity associations can persist beyond a session so that returning players can sign in. We retain game-related records only while needed to provide the experience, handle requests, protect the service or meet applicable legal requirements.
Support correspondence and diagnostics are kept while needed to investigate and resolve their purpose, and reviewed for deletion when no longer needed. Provider-managed records and backups can have separate retention arrangements. Leaving a room or uninstalling the app does not automatically remove online identity associations, provider logs or support correspondence.
Your choices and deletion
People in every region can request access to, correction of, or deletion of their game-related information by emailing vransformation@yahoo.com. We do not charge for deletion requests. Follow the deletion-request instructions.
Requests are handled manually. We may request limited information to verify that a request concerns your records, then remove applicable records and use the relevant provider process when needed. We will explain the result. If particular information must be retained for a legal obligation or a specific unresolved security issue, we will explain what is retained and why, and restrict its use to that purpose.
A game-data request does not close your Meta account or delete unrelated games’ records. Providers may independently control some information under their own policies. You may also contact us about privacy rights available where you live, or contact your local data protection authority.
Age, security and changes
The game is intended for ages 13 and older. If you believe a child under 13 has provided information to us, contact us so we can investigate and address it.
Report security concerns to vransformation@yahoo.com. Do not send another person’s private information or authentication credentials.
We will update this page and its effective date when practices change. Questions about this policy can be sent to the same email address.
